Hydro Pneumatic Techniks (HiPOT) is an established hydraulic engineering and manufacturing company serving industrial, infrastructure, elevator, and automation applications across India and international markets.
The company manufactures hydraulic cylinders, power packs, hydraulic presses, elevator hydraulic systems, special purpose machines, and custom-built hydraulic equipment for a wide range of operating conditions and industrial applications.
With an annual production capacity of approximately 1,500 tonnes, HiPOT has built the manufacturing capability to handle both volume production and technically demanding custom requirements.

FOUNDER-LED INDUSTRIAL LEADERSHIP
HiPOT is led by Mr. Pankaj Kumar M. Trivedi, founder of Hydro Pneumatic Techniks, whose professional journey spans industrial marketing, business development, hydraulic systems, automation, and SME manufacturing leadership.
Before establishing HiPOT, he spent nearly a decade in cement and construction material marketing, progressing from sales representative to Head of Marketing for two cement manufacturing plants. This gave him strong ground-level exposure to industrial customers, application needs, and business growth.
Since 1995, he has built HiPOT into a specialized hydraulic engineering company focused on hydraulic cylinders, power packs, presses, elevator hydraulics, special purpose machines, and custom-engineered automation systems for real industrial requirements.
His leadership is also shaped by international industrial exposure, active involvement in engineering and industry bodies, in-house R&D, testing infrastructure, quality systems, lean manufacturing practices, and continuous product development.
